Teleios is made up of and able to draw upon a cadre of high-calibre leaders within The Leadership Community Foundation. These include senior policy makers, business executives, exceptional Head Teachers, broadcasters, social pioneers, writers and campaigners. Each brings a unique colour, all unite under a flag of desire to see the soil of our contemporary society re-tilled.

Teleios operates through a team of facilitators who work with our clients to design projects to bring about transformation in that client's organisation. This may be in the field of business, third sector or education. It may involve short term engagements such as workshops, coaching, presentations, or long term relationships more akin to stakeholder partnering.

One of the key resources that underpins the impact Teleios is able to make is access to a powerful body of intellectual property on human transformation. Human Ecology was developed over a decade of research originating at Oxford University. Pioneered by Simon Walker, Human Ecology Theory underpins transformational approaches to economics, leadership, teamwork, learning and coaching. Teleios has access to the models, processes and training applications of Human Ecology and uses these to undergird the depth, rigour and impact of its work.
